Nicolas has been running his own M&A-boutique since 2013, focusing on small to midcap M&A transactions as well as funding support for tech start-ups​.

Nicolas has also worked with Equity research at Germany’s oldest investment and private banking institution, Sal Oppenheim​.

Prior to Sal Oppenheim, Nicolas worked in Investor Relations at Sema, LHS and in business development at Publicis Groupe​.
